Data deletion

This page explains what data Replyra.AI stores about you and how to delete it — entirely or in part. Deletion is free and you do not need to give a reason.

What we store

Account data — your name, email and a password hash (the password itself is never stored on our servers).

Working data — the AI agents you created, your knowledge base (uploaded documents, price lists, answers to frequent questions) and the conversations your agent has with your customers in connected channels.

Connected channel data — access tokens for Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp. They are stored encrypted and used solely to receive your customers' messages and reply to them.

For Meta channels (Instagram and WhatsApp) we store the minimum: the id of the account an agent is connected to, conversation ids and the message text needed to reply. We do not collect your posts, follower lists or advertising statistics.

Deleting data yourself

Disconnect a single channel. In the app, open "Integrations" and remove the connection. The access token is erased immediately and we stop receiving messages from that channel at once. For Instagram and WhatsApp you can also revoke access on Meta's side: in your Facebook settings open "Apps and Websites", find Replyra.AI and remove it — Meta will then notify us of the revocation and we will erase the associated data.

Delete your knowledge base or conversations. In the "Knowledge" and "Conversations" sections, delete the documents or conversations you no longer want. They are erased together with all derived data, including the vector embeddings the agent used to search for answers.

Deleting your whole account

Do it yourself from the dashboard — this is the fastest way. Open "Settings", find the "Delete account" block, type your email to confirm and confirm the deletion. Your account, all your agents, knowledge base, conversations and connected channel tokens are erased immediately. There is nothing to wait for and no separate identity check: you are already signed in to your own account.

If you cannot sign in, message us on Telegram — @replyra_bot. In that case we will delete the data within 30 days, and in practice within a few working days.

What remains after deletion, and why

Backups. Our databases are backed up every night and copies are kept for up to 6 months. Your data disappears from them as that period expires — we will not restore a deleted account from a backup.

Accounting records. Payment records (amount, date, payment number) must be retained under the accounting laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. They contain none of your conversations or knowledge base.
