Terms of Service

Updated: July 16, 2026

1. About the service

Replyra.AI is a SaaS platform for building AI agents that talk with a business's customers on Telegram and in the chat on your website, in Uzbek, Russian, and English (Instagram and WhatsApp will follow once Meta approves access). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use the service.

2. Account

By registering an account, you confirm that the data you provide is accurate and commit to keeping it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions taken under your account. If you notice unauthorized access to your account, please let us know as soon as possible.

One account is meant for one organization or one user. Sharing access with third parties without our knowledge is not allowed.

3. Pricing and payment

The service runs on a subscription model. Payments will be accepted through Click and Payme in Uzbek som; card acceptance is still being connected, and until it is, a paid plan is activated manually on request. Nothing is charged automatically: a paid period simply ends, and renewing requires a new payment.

We may change the composition and price of tariffs. For changes that affect an active subscription, we notify you in advance — no later than 30 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that period means you accept the new tariff terms.

4. Acceptable use

By using an agent, you agree not to send spam, not to place illegal content in the knowledge base, and not to use the service to deceive or mislead anyone. In fields where this is regulated by law — for example, medicine, finance, or law — the agent must not pass itself off as a human specialist where the law requires the explicit involvement of a qualified professional.

We reserve the right to suspend or block an account without prior notice if we find a violation of this clause and the violation creates a risk to other users or third parties.

5. Content and data

The knowledge base, conversations, and other materials you upload to the service remain your property. We make no claim to this content.

By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it — strictly to the extent needed to run the agent and provide the service: indexing the knowledge base, generating responses, storing conversation history. This license does not give us the right to use your content for any other purpose, including training models for other customers.

6. Availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime and schedule maintenance during low-traffic hours, giving advance notice whenever possible. That said, we don't offer service-level guarantees (SLA) on the free tier and aren't liable for temporary service unavailability. SLA terms for Enterprise-tier paid plans are agreed separately.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claims related to using the service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription over the last month. We're not liable for indirect damages, including lost profit, arising from agent errors, outages of connected messenger platforms, or the actions of third parties.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service interface no later than 30 days before the changes take effect. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes that can't be resolved through negotiation are settled in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
